believe that youth even from the most disadvantaged circumstances can succeed
when they are connected with caring adult mentors, who listen to them, stand by
them and help them to attain their fullest potential."
YC states that the organization seeks to ensure that through mentoring relationship
every adolescent is provided with emotional support necessary to build self-confidence
and self-esteem.
YC will also arrange mentors to youths, young entrepreneurs who aims to bring
positive change in society who will advise them on their project and help
enable them to bring it to fruition.
If you want to mentor young peoples in their personal development or career
development, in their innovative ideas, all it takes is your time. Each mentor
is asked to meet with their participant once a week for one hour.
